Our friends at Women Leaders UK have partnered with Cranfield University to bring us an insightful and topical discussion of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and why it’s recently been under attack in some quarters. Naomi Benjamin, EDI Lead at the University, tackles some of the current challenges and preconceptions around EDI, and how organisations of all sizes can address them. Naomi brings a breadth of experience in EDI from both public and private sectors, and she confronts some of the provocative and controversial criticisms of EDI with grace and humour.
